- Researching, writing and presenting content for the web in a variety of media.
- Writing briefs for commissioned content and liaising with content producers (eg, video).
- Writing business cases for purchasing new resources.
- Knowledge Base FAQ (frequently asked questions) content creation and coordination.
- Web enabling databases using DBText/WebPublisher.
Social media
- Writing posts and preparing images/videos for Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter.
- Managing content scheduling through Hootsuite.
