Communication and writing

  • Communications and marketing content planning and scheduling.

  • Coordinating the production of marketing collateral (brochures, posters, bookmarks).

  • Writing targeted emails (eDMs) using RightNow.
  • Proofing and editing.

Web content management

  • Researching, writing and presenting content for the web in a variety of media.
  • Writing briefs for commissioned content and liaising with content producers (eg, video).
  • Writing business cases for purchasing new resources.
  • Knowledge Base FAQ (frequently asked questions) content creation and coordination.
  • Web enabling databases using DBText/WebPublisher.

Social media

  • Writing posts and preparing images/videos for Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter.
  • Managing content scheduling through Hootsuite.
